At KaarPaas, we aim to provide accurate and detailed explanation of every design’s fit & fabric type to help you make informed choices & decisions. We as a team believe & work towards delivering your order in perfect condition and every order undergoes through different stages of quality checks before dispatch to make sure we deliver what is promised. Although we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges for size issues.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are available only for domestic orders.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
Exchange Terms and Conditions
- We provide detailed product descriptions, including color, fit, and care instructions. Due to variations in picture colour settings, slight color differences may occur, and we do not accept exchanges based on color differences.
- Exchange requests are only accepted for orders placed on our official website, kaarpaas.com
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at sales@kaarpaas.com within 24-48 hours of order delivery.
- A processing fee of ₹200 per product applies to exchanges. After making the payment, email us a screenshot of the transaction. (Alternatively, if you prefer to send the item directly to us, we will provide the shipping address. After dispatching, share the AWB number, courier company name, and proof of dispatch. Ensure the items are sent via reputable courier services, as KaarPaas is not liable for any loss during transit for items directly shipped by the customer.)
- Upon payment confirmation, our customer support team will arrange a reverse pickup through trusted courier services.
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the new size will be dispatched within 15 working days.
- Size exchanges are processed only once per order; multiple exchanges for the same order are not allowed.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a credit note for the item’s value.
- Credit vouchers issued for exchanges are valid for 90 days.

- You can cancel your prepaid orders within 24 hours of placing the order. For prepaid orders, we can either issue a credit note for the same amount or replace the ordered item with another product of the same value.
- To request a cancellation, email us at sales@kaarpaas.com.
- We reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain orders due to reasons such as unavailability of materials, incorrect product listings or pricing, or issues flagged by our analytics team regarding payment-related or fraudulent activities. For prepaid orders canceled by KaarPaas, the full amount will be refunded to the customer’s registered bank account. We will notify the customer via email. Our decision to accept or cancel orders is final and binding.
- Credit vouchers issued for order cancellations are valid for 90 days.
- Cancellations of prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).
